Application procedure

General information

To apply to the NANOMED EMJMD you will have to follow this link.

The different steps you will go through before your application is successfully registered are:


  1. Fill-in the Registration Form with your personal details including a VALID email and select your username and password
  2. Select “NANOMED EMJMD” as the programme you would like to apply to
  3. Receive an email stating your username and password along with activation link (if not, please check your spam folder)
  4. Click on activation link to make sure your registration is complete or else you will not be able to log in and start with your application procedure.

Registration of your application:

  1. Log in with the username and password you received by email previously and start filling in the application form
  2. Log in again anytime to make modifications (within the application deadline)
  3. Once your application is complete you MUST press the send button otherwise  your application won’t be reviewed (you can only send your application if your respect the deadline and if you completed all mandatory fields)
  4. The status of your application will change from “Sent” to “Eligible – Step 1” or “Non eligible” depending on whether you handed all the relevant documents or not
  5. The status of your application will change from “Eligible – Step 1” to “Eligible – Step 2” or “Non admitted” depending on wether you are selected for the skype interview or not
  6. The status of your application will change from “Eligible – Step 2” to “Admitted –Main list” or “Waiting list” or “Non admitted” depending on where you stand after the interview N.B. if you are on the waiting list or non admitted list and you wish to apply for the self-funded session (with your own funds, thanks to the support of a company or thanks to another kind of scholarship), please let us know (mettre lien avec adresse mail nanomed sur let us know) so that we can copy your application form in the self-funded campaign

Specific requirements

Copy of your Bachelor degree, or official letter stating the expected date of graduation (no later than June 30th, 2017)
Copy of all your previous transcripts of records (including: courses, grades, grading system, average grade and if not yet graduated a list of modules still to be completed, traineeship certificates if relevant)
Institutional reference form filled-out by a representative of your previous Institution
A proof of English proficiency
Copy of a valid passport
Curriculum Vitae (max. 2 pages)
Motivation letter (max. 700 words)
At least two recommendation letters
Proof of current place of residence
Evaluation of your application
